I HEAR THIS QUESTION A LOT - from news, social media, and even amongst neighbors, friends, and community. As a northern state, we in Oregon are removed from the immediate impact border states are experiencing. Understanding that this issue is important to Central Oregonians, I felt it necessary to journey down and witness for myself the activity, resources, governmental efforts and all that is "really going on" down at our border. The trip was very eye-opening.
